Founder

Jon Burke is the Founder of Monterey Bay United and brings more than 25 years of experience in water polo coaching, athlete development, and college counseling.

Morgan Tucker

MBU Co-Director

Morgan Tucker joined MBU in the summer of 2023 as Assistant Coach for the High School girls team. As a graduate of CSUMB, Morgan came home to her alma mater to serve as assistant coach and coordinator of the Otter Aquatics Center in the summer of 2021.

Brooke Higgins

MBU Co-Director

Brooke Higgins has been involved in the sport of water polo since 1987. A standout player in high school at the Stevenson School, Brooke went on to play at Boston College where he started all four years and served as captain his senior year.
