YOUTH CLINICS

We are excited to offer a series of four free youth clinics for 5th-8th grade boys and girls in March and April. These 2-hour clinics provide a great opportunity for youth players of all ability levels to get coached by local varsity high school players and experienced coaches. Each clinic will offer a slightly different focus, while all clinics provide opportunities to practice fundamentals, learn basic game rules, and participate in some fun games and scrimmages. Families may attend one or multiple clinics; participation in all four is not required. Registration information for our spring youth clinics will be shared in February.

My two boys (Middle & HS), have been participants with the MBU family since its inception. As a family, we have observed and participated in club water polo from the San Joaquin Valley to the Peninsula for several years. We can honestly attest to the high quality coaching that all athletes receive under the leadership of Coach Burke and his staff. Whether your daughter or son is just learning, or, is at the top tier in the sport of water polo, there will always be a place for each athlete to excel at the highest level possible with MBU. Due to water polo being a team sport that is no doubt one of the most physically and mentally challenging sports, MBU intentionally focuses on how the sport can build positive character that my two children can continuously practice in the pool and outside of the pool and beyond. Thank you, Coach Burke and MBU for creating such a positive environment for youth on the Central Coast to experience the wonderful sport of water polo!
